To facilitate a smooth microsuction process, we recommend softening the ear wax with ear drops (Available free of charge though Pharmacy First) Three to Five days prior to your appointment. This preparation is essential for a successful procedure.
Please note if this has not been done prior to the appointment and the wax is too hard to remove, you may still be charged for the procedure.
